Adjust the no-load output voltage: When the module is in no-load state, connect the voltage measurement terminal of the multimeter to the module output terminal. Based on the voltage value when the battery is fully charged, adjust the CV potentiometer to the desired voltage.Notes: If the module output voltage is very low and cannot be adjusted, first turn the MPPT potentiometer and CC potentiometer clockwise for twenty turns before adjusting the output voltage. 3. Adjust output current: Turn the CC potentiometer counterclockwise by 20 turns (set the current to the minimum first). Connect the current measurement probe of the multimeter in series between the output and the battery, then turn the CC potentiometer clockwise to adjust the current to the desired value. Notes: If the input is connected to a solar booster, the power output must be greater than the charging power for the current to be adjustable. 4. Adjust MPPT voltage: Connect the voltage setting of the multimeter to the module input, and adjust the MPPT potentiometer until the voltage displayed by the multimeter is close to the maximum power point of the solar panel. The voltage should refer to the maximum power point voltage indicated on the label behind the solar panel.Generally, a slightly lower voltage than the marked one can result in a larger charging current. For example, for a 18V panel, adjusting the MPPT value to 16-17V will result in a larger current than adjusting it to 18V. You can also insert an ammeter in the input line and adjust the MPPT potentiometer back and forth to stop the charging current at the maximum point. At this time, it is the optimal working point of the solar panel. Notes: When adjusting the MPPT voltage, the solar panel's power generation must be less than the charging function to adjust properly. If the sun is very bright at that time and the power generation exceeds the charging power, you can partially shade the sun to reduce the power generation and adjust the MPPT voltage.
